Most clients have an existing home and like where they live, but want to refresh, upgrade or create more space. Our job is to take what’s existing and make it new, either room by room or floor by floor. Imagine having a new kitchen, larger family room, or an airy sunroom the family can enjoy. Two story additions can allow an expanded master suite, with spacious closets and a luxurious master suite.
If the home’s footprint or zoning doesn’t allow for an addition, we also work with the interior’s architecture to open spaces and give the illusion of a larger home, often turning closed rooms into open concept designs, or finding hidden spaces that can serve as nooks, bookcases or storage areas.
We take pride in giving options and explaining the benefits to of each so our clients can make an educated decision. To help clarity the possibilities, we build samples or draw out what we’re envisioning to give a visual reference.
We go the extra mile to provide a range of options, then allow you to make the decisions. And we don’t cut corners. We want your remodeling and renovation to be perfect in every way, not just in the areas that are easily seen. So we might recommend upgrading insulation, changing out piping, adding new ventilation, if we see it should be improved.
