The bulk of our work at Thomas Designs and Construction is residential remodeling and renovation of existing interior spaces or creating additions.

Most clients have an existing home and like where they live, but want to refresh, upgrade or create more space. Our job is to take what’s existing and make it new, either room by room or floor by floor. Imagine having a new kitchen, larger family room, or an airy sunroom the family can enjoy. Two story additions can allow an expanded master suite, with spacious closets and a luxurious master suite.

If the home’s footprint or zoning doesn’t allow for an addition, we also work with the interior’s architecture to open spaces and give the illusion of a larger home, often turning closed rooms into open concept designs, or finding hidden spaces that can serve as nooks, bookcases or storage areas.

We take pride in giving options and explaining the benefits of each so our clients can make an educated decision. To help clarity the possibilities, we build samples or draw out what we’re envisioning to give a visual reference.
